Returns & Warranty Policy

Druckel Tools are precision-engineered machines built to order. Due to the high weight of these tools (up to 38kg) and the complexities of international logistics from Indonesia, our policy is designed to prioritize functional integrity and mechanical support over standard retail returns.


1. Returns Policy

  • No "Change of Mind" Returns: Because every machine is handcrafted to order and involves significant international shipping costs, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Order Cancellations: Not available.

2. Damage & Defect Guarantee

We stand behind the mechanical performance of every tool we ship. If your machine arrives with a production defect or functional malfunction:

  • Replacement Parts: If a specific component is faulty, we will ship replacement parts via DHL Express at no cost to you.
  • Full Replacement: In the rare event of a total production failure or severe transit damage that renders the tool unusable, we will replace the unit after a verified investigation.
  • Reporting Window: Any damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. Warranty Coverage

Druckel Tools provides a 1-Year Structural Warranty on the main chassis and mechanical assemblies of the V3 Splitter and Clicker Press.

  • What is Covered: Manufacturing defects in the steel, aluminum components, and assembly hardware.
  • What is NOT Covered:
    • Consumables: Cutting blades, cutting mats, and lubrication.
    • Misuse: Damage caused by improper installation, exceeding weight limits, or using the tool for materials outside of its intended scope (Leather/Fabric).
    • Cosmetic Wear: Normal wear and tear, scratches, or patina on metal surfaces that do not affect functionality.

4. How to File a Claim

To initiate a support ticket or warranty claim, you must provide:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos and/or a short video demonstrating the mechanical issue.
  3. A description of the steps taken before the issue occurred.

Send all claims to druckel.id@gmail.com. Our engineering team will review the footage and provide a resolution within 48 hours.


Note: Proper maintenance is the owner's responsibility. Regular lubrication of the 4 press points and blade replacement are required to keep your Druckel Tools in peak operating condition.
