Druckel Leather Splitter V3

First of all, the service was excellent and I received a quick response. The product itself exceeded expectations. Calibration was easy with the instructions found online. The end result was even and there was no damage to the leather! 10/10 points!

I hesitated on the fence for a long time beforebuying and am super glad I did!! This thing is awesome and results are great! The adjustment system is predictable and repeatable! Split backs are smooth and clean!

I was very hesitant with this because of the whole journey to get here. Leather crafting is made up of a long list of trials with success and failures. I was absolutely amazed by this tool in comparison to other splitters. This really does do what it advertised. Very refreshing for a change . Don’t wait on this one. Plus the added benefit of not having to maintain the blade just replace is huge! I literally spent a week refinishing my other spitter’s blade. It doesn’t even come close to being as functional as this tool. Great job!

I haven’t worked with it extensively but I was impressed with first tries. Setting the thickness is a little trial and error but I’m sure that will become second nature after using it more. I make lots of wallets, biz card holders, etc. and the splitter will be used a lot.. It’s nice not to have to worry about having to sharpen the blade, I’m not very good at that. Just pop the old one out and install a new one.

This is a really nice splitter! Solidly built, easy to adjust, and skives well!
