Shipping Policy

At Druckel Tools, every machine is handcrafted to order in our workshop in Indonesia. We prioritize precision engineering over mass production to ensure every tool meets professional standards.

1. Production & Lead Times

  • Made to Order: Our standard lead time for the Druckel Leather Splitter and Clicker Press is approximately 3 weeks.
  • Quality Control: Each unit undergoes rigorous calibration and testing before being packed for international transit.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We exclusively use DHL Express to ensure your tools arrive safely and quickly.

  • Courier: DHL Express (Fully Tracked).
  • Transit Time: 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address and a valid phone number are required for delivery.

3. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

Druckel Tools is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not responsible for any failure in delivery caused by the following circumstances:

  • Failure to pay applicable taxes or duties
  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Incorrect or unreachable contact information

If the buyer is unable to fulfill the required obligations, the shipment may be considered abandoned in accordance with local customs regulations. In such cases, the package will no longer be our responsibility.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the machines (e.g., the Clicker Press weighs 38kg) and your specific location.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Defect Guarantee

We stand behind our build quality. If your machine arrives damaged or has a production defect, we will replace it or send the necessary parts after a quick investigation. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
